About INTRA
At INTRA, our mission is simple but ambitious: to set the standard in human performance and nutrition. We have a proven track record of working with some of the highest performers and elite organisations in the world, across elite sport, entertainment, and business.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are expanding from consultancy into new services and products. We are a small, dynamic team that consistently punches above our weight and is striving to make an impact on the world stage.
The Opportunity
As an Associate Chief of Staff (or Business Manager), you will operate as the right hand to the Managing Director. This is a rare opportunity where you will gain exposure to elite consultants, the highest profile clients, and cutting-edge innovation that is shaping the future of human performance.
This role is part strategic, part operational and deeply hands-on. You’ll help drive execution, unblock bottlenecks, and create momentum across a fast-growing business. You’ll also play a critical role in shaping new business lines, products, and commercial opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional seeking flexibility while still operating in a high-impact, high-exposure role.
For the right candidate, there is opportunity for this role to grow with the business. If you are driven, curious, and excited by our mission, we’d love to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Support
Serve as strategic support to the MD, ensuring priorities are executed and business objectives progress - communicating, coordinating, and representing INTRA with professionalism and discretion.
Project Management
Lead and coordinate high-priority cross-functional projects, keeping teams aligned and accountable.
Maintain project timelines and ensure continuous progress - raising flags early and proposing solutions proactively.
Support execution on new product and service launches, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Analysis & Insight
Conduct research, due diligence, and competitive analysis to inform strategic and operational decisions.
Evaluate new business ideas and contribute to commercial models and go-to-market planning.
Translate insights into clear recommendations and executive-ready outputs.
Commercial & Client-Facing
Support business development: pitch preparation, client outreach, and sales funnel management.
Adapt pitch decks and proposals to ensure high-quality, compelling client-facing materials.
Oversee marketing efforts across digital channels and with external media to maintain brand quality and consistency.
About you - The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational drive, and entrepreneurial energy:
You’ve likely spent 3-5 years in fast-growing companies in roles spanning BizOps, business development, or GM-style leadership. You understand how sales, marketing, and capital decisions drive growth.
You have a track record of exceptional performance, and are able to think differently - there is no herd mentality here!
You’ve operated in 0-1 growth businesses and helped to build a playbook along the way.
You’re entrepreneurial and energised by the opportunity to help build a business, help shape and define new business lines and products.
You are an outstanding communicator (verbal and written) and relationship builder - confident pitching to potential clients while managing details behind the scenes.
You bring commercial acumen, with evidence of driving growth, evaluating opportunities, and helping launch new initiatives.
You’re highly detail-oriented - from refining pitch decks, services agreements, through to marketing messaging.
You move fast, think ahead, and keep things progressing. You’re responsive, solutions-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
Above all, you operate with integrity and can represent INTRA confidently and professionally.
Please note: this is not a practitioner / technical role.
