The emphasis on workplace wellbeing has intensified, particularly in light of the increased understanding of its impact on employee health and productivity - however evidence highlights that most current approaches to employee wellbeing aren’t improving long term health outcomes.
At INTRA, we have developed a market leading approach to corporate nutrition from our years of experience within high performance sport, with the results to demonstrate our impact.

We work with both executives and specialist groups of employees, and have worked extensively with; the worlds largest FTSE 100 organisations and fasted growing UK businesses (cases studies below). INTRA Employee Nutrition Programme:
Leading renewable energy company
A leading renewable energy company approached INTRA to develop a programme to impact staff nutrition habits and performance within their UK offices, as part of their rapid international growth.
Following a detailed ‘deep dive’ meeting with the operations team and visiting each of the UK offices, a INTRA Nutrition Masterclass programme was devised and remotely delivered to different UK offices, bringing INTRA’s unique work within elite sport, to their employee workforce.
The programme evidenced exceptional impact on employee nutrition and wellbeing. As highlighted above, 94% of employees made changes using INTRA tools, with a huge 300% increase healthy fuels (food) consumption and corresponding 62% reduction in reduction in ultra-processed food consumption. This lead to a 77% Reduction in employee sickness days.

Lloyds Banking Group
We were approached by a leading FTSE 100 financial services organisation, Lloyds Banking Group, to curate a remote course to improve employee nutrition habits and energy levels, for a prioritised group as part of a health awareness campaign.
Following our scoping process and consultation, the strategy was agreed with the client:
An interactive, remote, course was built with our associate production team. This included; high quality video production, real-time voting, and question and answer for engagement.
This unique course exceeded the client's expectations with 100% of the employees rating the course as "excellent". The course was shortlisted as a finalist for the prestigious Personnel Today Awards industry award, and rated "brilliant" by the judges.
We deliver corporate nutrition keynote talks and workshops for businesses as part of their corporate nutrition and wider wellbeing strategy. These are carefully curated to be both aspirational and practical, giving insights into our work in high-performance sport, entertainment and business, and providing employees the tools to apply to their own lives.
